JD Real Estate Developments Ltd, a subsidiary of JSD Group, has acquired two companies previously owned by Mr. Dimech, namely Skorba Developments Ltd, owner of Skorba Mansions, a landmark residential and commercial asset in Zebbiegh, Mgarr, and the second  J&J Hotel Operations Ltd, which is currently developing a Class 3B Hotel in Msida, a project set to elevate the Group's presence in the hospitality sector.
