1. Safety: The Foundation of Wellbeing
Workplace safety is our starting point. In 2021, we achieved ISO 45001 certification for Occupational Health and Safety, a testament to our health and safety management system. We continually monitor and address incidents and near misses to ensure a safe environment. Our premises are designed with employee comfort in mind, featuring ergonomic furniture, calming colours and uncluttered spaces that support physical and mental wellbeing.
2. Caring & Wellbeing: Supporting Through Life's Ups and Downs
Our employees are our biggest strength and we're here for them. With 20% of our team trained as certified Mental Health First Aiders, we offer support whenever it's needed. Our collaboration with the Richmond Foundation allows us to provide free, anonymous mental health support, ensuring employees have resources for resilience and wellbeing.
3. Preventive Health Measures: Promoting Long-Term Health
From free eye tests and health screenings to offering healthy meals, we prioritise preventive care. Our annual Health Week provides colleagues with access to medical checks, while our health insurance programme supports comprehensive care, including screenings and consultations.
4. Parenthood Support: Helping Our Parents Balance Work and Family
We know the challenges working parents face and we're committed to making things easier. From flexible work arrangements to subsidised holiday camps for kids, we help our parents find the right balance for them. Our head office has a dedicated nursing room, and over the road there's a childcare centre, where we cover the cost of the application fee.

We believe development drives engagement. We've supported over 40 team members with scholarships and extra leave days for studying. We encourage our people to shape their careers with the support of experienced team members, fostering self-driven growth within clear career paths. Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our culture. We have around 25 nationalities, 35% of our workforce are women.
