Hundreds of people early this morning took part in the annual fund-raising walk for Puttinu Cares, a charity organisation that assists people who need medical treatment abroad.

The participants met in Mellieha from where they walked all the way to Floriana.

The event, which has now reached its 20^th edition, is an annual meeting for people to financially assist the organisation.

Puttinu Cares provides comprehensive support to children and families navigating the difficult battle against cancer. They go beyond offering medical assistance, providing emotional and financial aid to those in need.
