Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Tanseana Document Management Services Centre in Gozo

On Friday 30 May, MaltaPost celebrated the tenth anniversary of its Tanseana Document Management Services Centre, located in Xewkija, Gozo. The event, held at The Grand Hotel in Mġarr, Gozo, was attended by employees and their family members as well as Jobs Plus and Lino Spiteri Foundation officials.

The Centre, which began its operation in 2015, is distinguished by its commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment. Over 65 staff members-making up 80% of the Centre's workforce-are persons with disabilities, highlighting the Company's commitment to diversification, inclusion, and equal opportunity.

The manager of the Service Centre, Paul Curmi, expressed pride in the advancements made in creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. Joseph Said, MaltaPost Chairman stated: "This anniversary marks our operational success, and more importantly, it celebrates the impressive dedication and talent of the persons who make up our team, supported by the enthusiasm and professional approach of our partners, Jobs Plus and the Lino Spiteri Foundation, together with job coaches and other MaltaPost staff members."

Throughout these years, MaltaPost has continuously sought to foster a supportive and accessible work environment, ensuring that every staff member is equipped with the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
