APS Bank has started upgrading its ATMs to allow customers to deposit cash and cheques directly into their accounts, at any time of the day.

The upgraded machines support real-time, cash deposits, meaning funds are instantly added to the customer's account. Customers can also deposit cheques and banknotes without using an envelope. A printed receipt with images of the deposited cheques is provided for added peace of mind.

This update marks a significant step forward in improving access to everyday banking services, especially outside normal branch hours. The new deposit service is currently available at the upgraded ATM listed here: apsbank.com.mt/atm-updates/. More ATMs across Malta will follow in the coming weeks.
