The Malta Philharmonic proudly presents its Season Opening concert on Saturday 13 September at The Grand Ballroom, Radisson Blu Resort, St Julian's with Schubert's masterwork of lyrical beauty, Symphony No. 8 "Unfinished" - a moving exploration of emotion and mystery, under the baton of Michael Laus. Soprano Gillian Zammit showcases vocal brilliance and expressive depth in Mozart's dramatic concert aria Bella Mia Fiamma. Beethoven's uplifting Symphony No. 6 "Pastoral" concludes the programme, offering a serene and joyful celebration of nature through flowing melodies and vivid musical depictions inspired by the countryside.
