Malta’s first-ever protein bar PowerPulse goes global with Miller Distributors

PowerPulse has announced a strategic partnership with Miller Distributors that will see the Malta-made protein bar expand nationwide and debut across major European airports.

Under the new partnership, Miller Distributors will deliver PowerPulse products to hundreds of retail outlets across Malta from January, strengthening the brand's presence in supermarkets, convenience stores, fitness centres, and other high-frequency locations.

The collaboration also marks PowerPulse's first steps into international markets, with the brand set to launch in 14 stores across four major airports: Malta International Airport, Athens International Airport, Thessaloniki International Airport, and Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.

Created by Maltese entrepreneur and fitness trainer Dennis Schwienbacher, PowerPulse stands out for its high-protein, low-sugar, high-fibre profile, making it one of the cleanest functional snacks available.

Each bar contains 17g of protein (34% of the daily recommended intake), only 1.7g of sugar, and 6.5g of fibre, with carbohydrates supported by polyols instead of added sugars.

The flagship flavour, CORE 50, is a signature blend of cookie dough, almond cream, caramel, and milk chocolate, crafted to deliver both functionality and indulgence. Achieving the perfect texture - soft, smooth, and never chalky - was founder Dennis Schwienbacher's top priority. After months of reformulation and testing, this texture has become one of the brand's most defining strengths.

That focus is paying off. Across the outlets where PowerPulse is currently available, the bar has been outperforming established international brands, becoming a go-to option for people who want high-quality nutrition on the move, from athletes to office workers to anyone needing reliable fuel throughout the day.
