The Labour Party's Candidate Commission is opening applications for prospective candidates interested in contesting the next general election on behalf of the Labour Party.

Notary Charles Mangion, who is the Chairman of the Candidates Commission, said that this process includes scrutiny of each candidate, before they are approved by the National Executive of the Labour Party.
