A family is seeking help as a 17-year-old young man is undergoing a series of surgical interventions abroad to correct severe scoliosis he was born with.

The young man has undergone one operation in Birmingham, Doninu Malta charity said, but requires three more interventions.

Efforts to collect money in aid of the family are being led by the NGO Doninu Malta and the Lija parish, where the family resides.
