The magistrates and judges have lost their cool all around.Like the mental hospital that finally is slowly being closed down supposedly. I can’t beleive these lawyers judges and their clients have had to work in such poor third world sanitation conditions.A complete stand against the lack of hygiene. No toilet paper. Toilets out of order. Floor completely flooded with sewage I guess.One cubicle toilet on the first floor worked and one cubicle toilet on the second with no handsoap and one with no toilet paper either and of course the locks jammed with people banging them in desperstion and I got stuck in one of the two for an awful few seconds.No lawyers working in five star courts as five star courtrooms don’t exist in Malta instead the lawyers work in the Maltese one star courts. I PROTEST.What about their graduation oath, the respect for their profession all lost in poor,way below acceptable sanitation conditions.Way below the level of sanitation dignity expected in a court and acceptable for a court.The judges and magistrates are honestly in contempt of court.

The people and business need to be reassured that they have a secure electricity supply. The developers are dictating policy to satisfy their self interest and this has to stop. The government needs to take drastic action by declaring a moratorium on the building of new hotels and apartments for tourism enforced by the Planning Authority stopping the issue of any permits for such purposes. At the same time the government is to regulate that loans by all Malta-registered banks for such developments will need to have CBM authorisation. The contract of Edward Scicluna as governor of the Central Bank to be terminated since his position is untenable now that he is being prosecuted on criminal charges. Furthermore the government is to accelerate the implementation of a second interconnector to have a secure supply of electricity utilising EU funds , if applicable

So I do wonder why hasn't there been an effort by the Authorities in introducing fiscal measures for Companies to start operating from Gozo itself? When this work is done bu Computerisation & can easily be done from Gozo as well as Malta. If Companies are established in Gozo, local worker will be able to save a lot of travel time as well as huge rental costs of lodgings. Isn't it time for the Authorities to start implementing some sort of fiscal policies for this initiation?
