The man was driving his Rover through Triq is-Sebh in Qormi when he lost control of his car. The car hit a wall and blocks of stone from the wall hit a parked car.

A passenger in the Rover was unhurt.

Duty magistrate Dr Antonio Vella was informed and appointed a number of experts to help in the inquiry. Police investigations are being led by the Qormi district police.
