A Maltese song has been lately included in a compilation CD published in the United States by NBT Records.

The track Life is a Train, with lyrics by Joe Julian Farrugia, music by Dominic Galea and performed by Karen Polidano is part of the new compilation Ride the Train. It was recorded at Wave Studios in Floriana and engineered by Manolito Galea. Along with the Maltese number, the CD is comprised of songs by American and British artists among others.

NBT Records, based in Berkeley Springs, had pressed their first records in 1967 and because their registered trademark is a train, the company released this all-train CD. Hundreds of songs were submitted and the Maltese contribution made its way into the disc which will be on sale in three continents.
