I read the court news that bus driver Charles Farrugia had been arraigned in court charged with offending public morals and holding a girl against her will in Valletta.

I hope this person will not continue working with people as a bus driver after he was found guilty and fined Lm300 by Magistrate Herrera. Is this the reform in bus services? What is the ADT’s opinion?
