I refer to the article “Outcry at meeting discussing Herbert Ganado”, which commented on the paper I presented during the first Herbert Ganado conference organised by Poezijaplus (TMIS, 1 May).

I would like to clarify two points.

First, you gave the wrong name for Ganado's party. The correct name is Partit Demokratiku Nazzjonalista.

Secondly, I never said that Patri Felicjan Bilocca was the famous Gladiatior who, in the 1960s, wrote in Lehen is-Sewwa some very strong articles against the MLP. In fact, I stated the contrary. In my book Patri Felicjan Bilocca, Hajtu u Zminijietu, I contradict, with proof, this idea and I suggest who Gladiator could have been. In his diary Bilocca makes it clear that Gladiator's contributions are not his but says that he agrees with the content.

In my book I also give detailed information on how Pellegrini's party was founded and Felicjan's contribution to that.

I also mention in my book that George Ransley asked Bilocca to help him found his Christian Democratic Party but Felicjan refused: non l'ingannai, gli dissi che non lo potevo fare.
