I wish to publicly thank Frans for the care he has always shown for his colleagues at work and for the sincerity he brought to our work place.

Frans was unassuming, quiet, honest, committed and loyal. And, with Frans, it was never about himself but always about his colleagues: his demonstration of appreciation to colleagues who worked with him – promoting their good work and making sure that their contributions were noticed.
