It is my impression that the introduction by MaltaPost of the pre-paid stamped envelope for local mail has been a boon.
It is such a blessing, when short of time, to avoid fiddling around and about drawers searching for the odd 7c stamp and/or an elusive envelope.
So why not go a progressive step forward, and provide the customer with a pre-paid stamped Airletter Form ( Ajrugramma : Aerogramme ) valid globally ?
At present these Airletter Forms, with already gummed edges and peripheral red and blue stripes, can only be bought from stationery shops in Malta, while the customer has to queue for a postage stamp at the nearest post office outlet.
This is not a novel idea!
