As a tax payer, and therefore contributing to the upkeep of the national airline Air Malta, I think the general public has a right to know how many airline tickets are given away every year, free and/or at a ridiculous low price to Members of Parliament, top government and opposition officials, chairpersons of government controlled entities, officials of political parties, Air Malta and ex-Air Malta employees, and other privileged few, who enjoy lifelong free tickets! It is believed that some have a right to two, even three tickets yearly!
