Msida St Joseph are searching for a new coach after Italian Mario Petrone declined to accept an extension to his contract by Msida.

Petrone, in fact, will be coaching a club in Moldova, having been offered the job by former Msida president Dott Roberto Goveani, who resigned earlier in the week.

No names have been mentioned yet, but among those being mentioned are MFA staff coaches Silvio Vella and Edwin Camilleri who are at present guiding the side taking part in the Mediterranean Games tournament in Almeria.
