Summer Courses with Hermann Bonaci Productions

Malta Independent Sunday, 23 April 2006, 00:00 Last update: about 12 years ago

This summer, Hermann Bonaci Productions will organise courses in drama and related subjects coached by experienced personnel in the production house.

The Young Artist Summer Club will be an eight-week experience for children aged between seven and 12, to help them explore the world of drama, dance, music, singing, storytelling, arts, craft… and lots of fun. It provides children with a creativity programme, designed to increase their confidence, self-esteem and creative talents.

Between 12 July and 4 September, the young artists will meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at Il Cortile Farmhouse, Birkirkara, where a team of dedicated and experienced instructors will help them improve their skills and

creativity in a safe and friendly environment. Classes will be small so that individual attention is given.

Adult actors have the opportunity of attending a crash course on television drama. The 10-day course, to be held over July and August, will be led by Ray Abdilla, Simon Curmi and Charles Grech. At Hermann Bonaci’s studios at Handaq, Qormi, all topics related to teleplays will be covered. These include scriptwriting, direction, editing, camerawork and audio, make-up and more. With the help of the production house team, the course will finish with the production of 15-minute videos. At the end of the course, attendance certificates will be given to all students along with awards for the best video, best script and best effort.

courses, visit the website www.hermannbonaci.com or call 2149-0534.
