The first group of participants who successfully completed the first of three levels of the “Special Ability Training for the Film Industry” course, were presented with their certificates by the chief executive officer of the Employment and Training Corporation, Sue Vella and general manager (operations), Felix Borg.

The training programme, provided by the ETC in collaboration with Malta Screen Productions Media Entertainment, will eventually enable the participants to work in the film industry.

This first level of the programme was spread over a period of five months and included training in cinema acting, stage fencing, duels, arena fighting, archery, rope work and commando operations.
