The cost of LRP petrol, unleaded petrol and diesel has been reduced slightly as a result of the reduction in international oil prices, the Department of Information said yesterday.

Unleaded petrol went down to 49c6 from 49c7 while LRP went down by the same amount to 52c6. Diesel prices went down to 43c6 from 44c1, and the price of kerosene also went down to 43c3 from 44c7. The price of light heating oil, however, rose to 27c1 from 24c5.

Thin Fuel Oil 200 deg (per ton) went down to Lm152 from Lm155 while Thin Fuel Oil 450 degrees (per ton) went down to Lm148 from Lm151. Thin Fuel Oil 950 degrees (per ton) went down to Lm148 from Lm151.
