On the occasion of the International Day for the Elderly, CareMalta Limited (a fully-owned subsidiary of the CareMalta Group Limited) and Bank of Valletta as Trustee signed and entered into a Commercial Trust Deed, namely The CareMalta Security Trust.

This Commercial Trust has been created for the benefit of the current and prospective residents of the Prince of Wales Residential Complex in Manwel Dimech Street, Sliema who choose to take up a Seniors Lifestyle Plan.

In accordance with the terms of the Trust Deed, Bank of Valletta plc, as Trustee, shall hold under trust, for the benefit of Prince of Wales residents, a Lm1 million Performance Guarantee securing the obligations of CareMalta Limited towards these residents having this Lifestyle Plan.
