MTV Networks International, Emerging Markets today announced the appointment of EuroMedia as their exclusive agents in Malta.

The agency will represent MTV on the ground for all sales matters and will be the first point of contact for any MTV sales initiatives.

Malta is an important market for MTV Emerging Markets. The region is very familiar with the MTV brand through its channels and the hugely successful Malta summer dance parties. Appointing agents in the country will provide MTV with more opportunities to do much more in the region.

Appointed agents EuroMedia, a wholly Maltese owned partnership between Logix Communications Ltd. and Visual & Sound Communications Ltd. was set up to promote the interests of European and international media in Malta. The company has extensive experience in both the music market as well as managing high profile international brands including Nike, Oakley, Heineken and Samsung to name a few.

“We are very keen to foster a mutually profitable relationship with MTV Networks and bring the benefits of this partnership to businesses in our region” said Mr. Keith Pillow - Business Development Director of EuroMedia.

The company has already secured a number of contracts and is looking forward to conclude more business in the coming months. EuroMedia. also intends to set up initiatives such as sponsorship of workshops, conferences and events to further promote such media in Malta.
