At a glittering awards ceremony held at the London Marriott in Grosvenor Square last Friday, Dhalia Real Estate Agency won the five-star Best Real Estate Marketing and four-star Best Real Estate Agency Property Awards organised by International Homes magazine. These are considered as the world’s most prestigious property awards.

The award was presented to Dhalia chairman and CEO Franco Valletta, who was accompanied by several members of the Dhalia management.

In the international property world these annual awards are equivalent to film Oscars.

Now in their 11th year, the awards have the largest international representation of any recognised property awards and over 500 professionals from all sectors of the property market and every corner of the globe attended the prestigious event.

Entries were judged by a panel of professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none and unsurpassed by any other property awards.

Speaking about the award, Mr Valletta said: “This is a very special day for Dhalia Real Estate. This annual contest is open to all companies working in the residential property industry around the world. The award categories cover a wide range of activities and services connected to the property business and include development, interior design, architecture, property advertising, marketing and estate agency services.
