In an initiative designed to further improve the customer experience through the provision of a quality service to all customers, Bank of Valletta is organising a Customer Link week between tomorrow and Saturday. The Customer Link week is an initiative of BOV’s Quality department and will centre on the contribution of all employees at the bank’s branches, centres and departments in a bid to reinforce BOV’s drive to provide a quality service to all customers, both internal and external.

Throughout the Customer Link week, branches and departments are being encouraged to identify and develop new initiatives designed to offer added value to the customer.

Besides reinforcing the importance of delivering a quality service, Customer Link week will also serve the purpose of rewarding staff members’ commitment for being supportive and offering an added value service to the customer.

For Customer Link week, BOV is putting in place a scheme where customers will be encouraged to nominate a staff member for outstanding service offered by filling in purposely designed nomination cards that will be available at all BOV branches and centres.
