Fogg Insurance Agencies Limited has announced that one of the companies it represents has officially changed its name from Norwich Union International Company Limited to Argus Insurance Company (Europe) Limited to reflect its new ownership by the Argus Group in Bermuda.

The name change stems from the Argus Group’s November 2004 purchase of NUILL, the leading insurer in Gibraltar with more than 50 per cent share of the market and specialising in property and motor insurance.

While the official name has changed, the company’s products, services, contact information and physical location all remain unchanged. It continues to be represented in Malta by Fogg Insurance Agencies Limited where there will be no change in staff.

Clients can expect the same high level of attention and service that have made Fogg and NUIIL leaders in their field for more than 30 years.

Even though the name has been changed, the employees and services at Fogg Insurance Agencies Limited are exactly the same. We encourage clients to speak with and deal directly with their regular contacts.”

Starting in January, policyholders will see the change reflected on their insurance

documentation.
