A second establishment was gutted on the night between Tuesday and Wednesday, the police said yesterday.
While on patrol in St Albert Street, police officers noticed than an outlet there was on fire. The workers on duty were evacuated and the police tried to put out the fire, but Civil Protection Department employees had to be called to control the blaze, the police said.
Magistrate Audrey Demicoli appointed several experts to draw up a report.
An establishment in Paceville was gutted on the night between Monday and Tuesday. The police are investigating both fires.
