Dial-It, Malta’s leading call centre, is the main sponsor of a national conference on customer service. The conference entitled “Customer Service – A Strategic Imperative” aims at raising awareness and offering hands-on assistance to the local business community based on enhanced customer service experience across the whole spectrum of the economy.

“Dial-It is delighted to extend its support to this prestigious initiative,” said Dial-It CEO, Antoine P. Portelli, who is confident that this support will contribute to the success of the conference and prove to be the catalyst for enhancing customer service levels in the local customer service industry.

Dial-It is the 300-seat international call centre for Telepage Ltd, a subsidiary of the Maltacom Group. The company has grown rapidly over the years and is now well known locally and overseas for providing intelligent solutions to meet and satisfy its clients’ outsourcing needs. Boasting an excellent mix of trained advisers and state-of-the-art infrastructure, Dial-It can cost-effectively support all levels of direct customer interface processes.

The company’s customer-focused strategy is largely responsible for its teaming up with CSQM International Ltd to organise the national conference on Customer Service – the first of its kind in Malta. The team players at CSQM International – renowned market analysts of customer perception trends worldwide – are convinced that customer service can be a key driver for enhancing the competitive edge of local industry in Malta. A high level of customer service is an important aspect of any service or product experience. The conference will serve as a powerful tool in communicating this specific message to a wide cross section of local enterprise that will be involved as the participating audience.

The conference – to be held on Friday – will attract a wide audience of approximately 150 delegates – business leaders in the Maltese commercial sector comprising customer service managers and executives, managing directors of SMEs, marketing managers of major service operators, training consultants, specialist stakeholders for the health and public sectors, tourism, finance, ICT and retailing.
