Valletta Fund Services, the fund administration arm of the Bank of Valletta Group, has launched its new corporate website, www.vfs.com.mt.

Valletta Fund Services was set up in October 2006 and devolved from Valletta Fund Management in view of the growth in third party fund administration business. The Company has been set up as a specialist operation to provide a comprehensive range of fund administration solutions to fund promoters. These services include turnkey fund formation, fund accounting and valuation, transfer agency as well as compliance and corporate services.

The new Valletta Fund Services website, which can also be accessed through the Bank of Valletta website www.bov.com contains detailed information on the setting up of investment funds in Malta to include UCITS III Schemes as well as Professional Investor Funds.

In addition, the site has information on Malta’s fund industry as well as Malta as a competitive EU based domicile for the registration of investment funds and the provision of fund services. This new website includes access to various links related to complimentary websites.
