A man and a woman were charged yesterday with stealing a laptop computer from an establishment in San Gwann.

Alan Cutajar, 29, from San Gwann, and 23-year-old Ruth Borda from Zabbar, were charged with stealing an HP laptop from Ultimate in Vjal ir-Rihan, San Gwann, on 8 November last year.

They were also charged with trying to sell the laptop after having allegedly stolen it, and Mr Cutajar was also charged with relapsing.

Dr Jose Herrera appeared for the accused.
