Vodafone Offers hassle-free top-up service

Vodafone customers can now top-up in an easy and convenient way through Easy Top-Up. By choosing to top-up their account through the Easy Top-Up service customers will automatically be topped-up by authorising Vodafone to charge their banking cards periodically and top up their accounts with their chosen amount.

“It’s never been more convenient to top-up your credit. We have continuously worked on methods to offer our clients more convenient ways to spare them the hassle of running out of credit. Apart from other top-up services available, Vodafone Malta is now offering an automatic top-up service. So our clients can rest assured that they will never be without credit again,” said Daniela Bagnaschi, Consumer Marketing Senior Manager at Vodafone Malta.

The Vodafone Easy Top-Up service offers two options. Through the Easy Monthly service, the customer authorises Vodafone to withdraw an amount per month on a specific date. The amounts are: Lm5 (E11.65), Lm10 (E23.29) and Lm18 (E41.93).

With the Easy Credit, customers select a predetermined amount of Lm5 (E11.65), Lm10 (E23.29) or Lm18 (E41.93) and when the account falls below a pre-set minimum level, Vodafone will withdraw the funds from their account and top-up the prepaid account. Clients may choose pre-set minimum levels that vary between Lm1 (E2.33) and Lm5 (E11.65) at intervals of Lm1.

Vodafone is also offering the flexibility of changing from an Easy Top-up option to another without any cost. To avail themselves of these services, Vodafone prepaid customers need to register and choose the option they prefer through www.
