Malta Represented at top UK property exhibition

Last weekend, Grahame Salt Homes of Quality attended a high profile international property exhibition at the Grosvenor Hotel, Park Lane, London. Several countries were represented at the exhibition, including Spain, Portugal, Greece, the US, Italy, France, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Dubai, all of which were competing for British clients looking for holiday homes, investments overseas and even permanent residences overseas.

“We always experience serious competition at these property exhibitions, but Malta competes well, especially since we are able to offer increasingly better quality developments and many additional benefits that other countries cannot offer –including our tax regime for foreign residents, political stability and general life style,” said Mr Salt. “Unfortunately, Malta and Gozo lack serious overseas marketing and the islands’ exposure is very limited. Developers of the larger local projects need to allocate budgets for promoting their properties overseas in order to build up awareness among overseas buyers and investors.”

Homes of Quality and Frank Salt Real Estate will be attending more then 10 overseas exhibitions in the coming months.

Since moving to Tower Road, the Homes of Quality branch of Frank Salt Real Estate has been extremely successful and has established itself further in its niche sector of the market.
