Novartis Pharma (Malta) was the main sponsor for this year’s annual fund raising dinner organised by the Maltese Diabetes Association. The event, which was attended by over 350 guests, was held on 23 at the Grand Ball Room, Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort, St Julian’s.

The dinner is the association’s main annual fund raising event and is aimed at raising funds to support the association’s activities and endeavours to promote diabetes education and prevention.

In a short presentation, Ivan P. Micallef, CPO head, Novartis Pharma (Malta) presented Chris J. Delicata, vice-president of the Maltese Diabetes Association and chairman of the organising committee with a cheque supporting the association’s dinner.

Mr Delicata praised the initiative of Novartis Pharma (Malta) to support this activity as the main sponsor. “Our association is grateful to Novartis Pharma (Malta) for its kind support and strong corporate social responsibilities,” Mr Delicata concluded.
