Dhalia’s Luxury Living Increases turnover and strengthens its team

Malta Independent Saturday, 31 March 2007, 00:00 Last update: about 12 years ago

Dhalia’s up-market property unit Luxury Living has continued to increase its turnover and, as a result, has further strengthened its human resources by employing another three full-time property consultants. The Luxury Living team now consists of five full-time consultants, a manager and a manager’s assistant.

The need to employ more consultants is a result of the unit’s success over the past three years. Established to provide an exclusive and personalised service for clients seeking up-market properties, Luxury Living has surpassed all expectations in terms of turnover and service.

Dhalia’s Luxury Living was an immediate success, as it filled a niche that had long been missing in the property market. Today, sophisticated and up-market clients are serviced by a dedicated team of professionals who are specialists in their field and totally committed to detail and service. Luxury Living is managed by one of Dhalia’s most experienced managers, Michael Mifsud, who has over 15 years experience in the field.

Speaking about the success of Luxury Living, Michael Mifsud said: “We are proud to see this unit growing steadily both in terms of turnover and human resources. In setting up this new branch, we have invested heavily to ensure that we offer the best on the market and today we are seeing the return on that investment. Today Dhalia has adopted a direct marketing approach by creating new units for different market segments. For Luxury Living we have also gone as far as to choose a prestigious office location, as well as giving the company an independent business set-up but still making use of Dhalia’s back office support.”

Dhalia’s Luxury Living is based on the 8th Floor of The Business Tower in Portomaso, St Julian’s. www.luxuryliving
