Over 25,000 visitors went on board the bookship Logos II to choose their books or enjoy the different programmes offered by the crew, according to the captain.
The Logos II is due to leave early this morning after a month’s stay.
The captain and crew expressed their thanks to the people for the warm welcome and hospitality.
Every day, teams from the Logos II visited different institutions such as rehabilitation centres, hospitals, open centres for refugees, ZAK youth groups and kids’ clubs and many more.
In addition, they were able to become involved in the various activities organised for National Youth Day.
