Jeremy Cassar, Director of Marsovin, presented a donation to the president of the Maltese association of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Dr Alfred Caruana Galizia. Marsovin donates a sum of money, every year, from the sale of their flagship wine Grand Maître. The MASMOM then use this money to aid local charities.

Marsovin has produced Grand Maître since 1998 by official appointment to the Maltese association of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. Each vintage is dedicated to a different Grand Master; the 2004 vintage is named after Grand Master Fra Pierre De Monte.

To mark the event Marsovin hosted a variety of foreign diplomats for a tour of their cellars and a wine tasting of the 2004 vintage of Grand Maître.

The 2005 vintage of Grand Maître is planned to be launched in October 2007.
