Court: Man Pleads guilty to possessing fake cash

A man has been jailed for 18 months suspended for three years after pleading guilty to possessing counterfeit cash.

Kenneth Pisani, 31, from Birzebbuga, pleaded guilty to being in possession of a fake bank note on 7 August 2004.

After noting his early guilty plea, Magistrate Antonio Vella jailed him for 18 months suspended for three years. He also ordered the confiscation of the bank note.

Police Inspector Nezren Grixti prosecuted.
