Stylish fashion label Principles will be opening two stores in Valletta and Sliema on Tuesday.

United Retail, a fully-owned subsidiary of United Group, has been appointed franchisee for Principles in Malta.

Formed in 1984, and now present in 350 stores worldwide, Principles provides women with style, quality and great value. With beautiful fabrics, distinctive style and excellent quality, Principles’ individualism and attention to detail make the label a cut above other high street stores.

The concept behind Principles is looking good and feeling great.

The collections span from casual to formal clothing in sizes 8 to 20, and include a “petite collection” in sizes 6-16 and a range of stylish shoes, bags and accessories.

Anni Petcher, International Director at Principles, said: “We are very proud to be opening the two stores in Malta and with the store in Valletta spanning an area of over 250 square metres, it will be our second international flagship store, following the one in Kuwait. With a store of this size, we are able to offer the full Principles range with an extended offer for shorter petite customers and lots of accessories to finish any outfit. It is going to be a wonderful store.”

United Retail director Dolores Gatt Baldacchino said: “We are proud to be representing such a prestigious international brand as Principles, along with our other store Oasis, which is another international leading brand.”
