The new face of Blue Elephant Restaurant at Malta Hilton is Julian Calascione as restaurant manager, and he wanted to start off by giving the Thai restaurant’s clientele a treat in the form of a competition.

When dining at the Blue Elephant, customers are being asked to pop their business card or contact details into a Blue Elephant urn from which a monthly winner is invited for dinner for two with the compliments of the restaurant.

The first winner of this promotion was Mr & Mrs J Rausi, who were recently wined and dined with Chef Annoup’s specialities.

The meal was accompanied by a bottle of Miguel Torres Fransola, a single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from the maestro of Spanish wine, that went down very well with the evening’s scintillating spicy dishes.
