Kellogg’s All-Bran cereals provide one of the most wholesome and effective ways to improve the digestive system. Having the right amount of fibre in one’s diet is a real step in the right direction when it comes to improving inner health and a feel-good aspect.

Fibre is an essential part of our daily diet that can easily be incorporated into our daily routines with some simple adjustments. Consuming fibre is one of the natural ways to help the body cleanse itself of unwanted waste, helping to improve the function of the digestive system and keep you healthy on the inside. People who do not consume enough fibre are more prone to the development of health problems in the future.

The Kellogg’s All-Bran challenge is a simple way of achieving that balanced inner health. All-Bran cereals are rich in fibre and a great source of vitamins, minerals and other valuable nutrient elements and are low in fat. One bowl of Kellogg’s All-Bran Original every day will provide 46% of the daily recommended fibre needs. The daily fibre can be increased by an intake of all kinds of vegetables, either raw or cooked, and fruit as desserts or as snacks.

One bowl of Kellogg’s All-Bran Sultana Bran, with its delicious combination of wheat bran flakes and sultanas will give 21% of the daily fibre, while the Kellogg’s All-Bran Flakes provides 18%.

In addition, the Kellogg’s All-Bran’s range of cereal bars offers an on-the-go way to eat healthy and increase your daily intake of fibre. The range includes All-Bran Natural bars, All-Bran Apple bars, All-Bran Chocolate bars and the new All-Bran Honey and Oat cereal bars.

The Kellogg’s All-Bran range includes Kellogg’s All-Bran Original, Kellogg’s Bran Flakes and Kellogg’s Sultana Bran, which are all available from supermarkets and retail outlets.
