A number of initiatives at Bice Mizzi Primary School in Pembroke, organised by fourth year B.Ed students from the University of Malta, have been supported by the HSBC Cares For Children Fund. Headmaster Dr Marcel Degabriele was presented with a donation by Marica Debono, HSBC St Andrews branch manager Marica Debono.

The funds went towards the organisation of two school days of sporting events. A number of Puttinu and Toninu children’s books and audio cassettes were also donated for class use.
