British photographer Charlie Roff, whose work has appeared in many international magazines such as Harpers & Queen and Vogue, arrived in Malta in preparation for an exhibition of his work taking place this July at Il Gattopardo Art Gallery and Bistro, Mdina.

Flown over by British Airways for this occasion and staying at Fortina Spa Resort, Charlie will be photographing many locations on the Maltese islands including coastlines, the July fashion shoot for First magazine (published with The Malta Independent on Sunday), and Meridiana Wine Estate’s vineyard – all to appear exclusively at the exhibition.

He is due to leave on Friday for the annual Arles Photography Festival, returning in two weeks for the exhibition which is open to the public from 23 July. The majority of the works displayed will be black and white and up to one-metre high, displaying a mixture of landscapes, seascapes and nudes.
