Bisazza Street in Sliema was transformed into a street of magic on Saturday evening, as many people queued outside Books Plus to purchase the much-awaited J.K. Rowling’s seventh and final volume of Harry Potter and the Deadly Hallows which went on sale worldwide.

“The turnout of people was greater than we expected and I can say that this book is definitely set to be one of the fastest selling of all time for Books Plus.

“The amazing thing is that people of all ages came to buy a copy,” said Ms Amanda Agius of Books Plus.
