Actavis is once again one of the sponsors of the Life Cycle Challenge.

The Life Cycle Organisation is a non-profit organisation with the main aim of raising funds for the Renal Unit at St Luke’s Hospital and increasing awareness of the causes of renal disease.

Life Cycle also helps promote organ donation and encourages people to carry a donor card.

This year’s Cycling Challenge, which started on 7 August and ends on 21 August, has been named: Where Only Eagles Dare.

This ambitious challenge, covering 2,100km in 14 days, takes the cyclists through Romania, Ukraine, Poland and Germany.

Actavis has also donated a supply of Vostar emulgel for all the athletes taking part in this year’s Life Cycle challenge. Vostar emulgel is a topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug available from Actavis.

It is potentially effective for the topical treatment of pain and inflammation.
