While they are about it, the Leader of the Opposition and the Investment Minister should also ask the Public Accounts Committee to delve into the workings of the Water Services Corporation and Enemalta's joint water and electricity bills and inform the public how much of their money is being hoarded up due to the overestimation of household consumption of water and electricity in bills issued between actual readings!
