Notte Bianca is a good idea which should continue to go on regularly in future. However, in my opinion, Notte Bianca is a success story spoiled by people with lack of civic sense.

Once again, we had to be ripped off by those running the various food and beverage outlets.

Market forces are fine but in this case, collusion could be smelt all around. Others littered Valletta with beer-cans, bottles and all sorts of other rubbish.
