The next EURO 2008 international fixture for the Malta national football team is scheduled for Saturday 17 November when Dusan Fitzel’s squad will travel away to Athens for the game between Greece and Malta. Last May at the National Stadium, Ta’ Qali, the Greeks just managed a win on our home soil when they where awarded a penalty in the second half which was duly converted.

A tour will be organised by the South End Core and Fantasy Tours in collaboration with Events Services for local supporters who are willing to travel abroad for this away fixture.

The tour will be held between Thursday 16 and Sunday 20 October. The price for a single adult is Lm149/EUR347.35 which includes flights, all taxes, transfers, accommodation in a 3-star hotel on Bed and Breakfast basis, match ticket and the services of an experienced tour leader. Those who book by 5 November will also be given a free South End Core shirt to be worn during the game. The tour also includes excursions around Athens and another excursion for the training session of the Malta national team on the eve of the match. The group will also be accompanied by an experienced Tour Leader
