Melita Cable plc has announced that it has reached an agreement with the National Basketball Association (NBA) to broadcast live action from the top basketball league in the world on Melita Sports.

Through this deal Melita Sports will provide its customers comprehensive coverage of the NBA including one game per week through the regular season, a weekly magazine show called NBA Action as well as live coverage of the NBA All-Star game, the play-offs and the NBA Finals.

“The acquisition of the NBA broadcast TV rights continues to enhance the value of our sports package,” commented Franco de Gabriele – Sales and Marketing Manager. “The NBA comes back to Melita Sports after an absence of two years and we are very glad that we managed to conclude this deal for the benefit of all those sports enthusiasts that love to watch this game,” he said.
