Kunsill Malti ghall-iSport, in collaboration with Eden SuperBowl and the Malta Tenpin Bowling Association, organises Skolasport Bowling sessions every Saturday morning for youngsters in the 11yrs to 16yrs age group. The coaching sessions, conducted by experienced instructors, are held at the Eden SuperBowl in St Julians.

Tenpin Bowling has, for more than a decade now, proven to be one of the most popular sporting disciplines in Skolasport. Participants are given a two hour session of training in all aspects of the sport of tenpin bowling for just Lm20 covering the scholastic period. Coaching is provided for all skill levels and varied ages of the participants. Competitions are also organised among the participants to test their bowling skills.

Skolasport, which is sponsored by Kellogg’s, gives Maltese children an excellent chance to gain professional coaching in their chosen sport. Bowling has been a great success at Skolasport and is outstandingly popular among young people. Kellogg’s, the world leading producer of breakfast cereal, has been sponsoring Skolasport initiatives for the past nine years.

The Eden SuperBowl has been committed to Skolasport programme since 1995. The SuperBowl provides excellent facilities. “We believe in the potential of the Skolasport programme and encourage our youngsters to practice a healthy and fun sport such as tenpin bowling,” said SuperBowl Manager Neil Dent.
