The Labour Party was yesterday mourning former MP Robert Naudi, a medical doctor, who died yesterday.

MLP acting leader Charles Mangion said Dr Naudi had always helped people who may have found themselves in some difficulty or other, both as a general practitioner as well as an MP.

Dr Mangion expressed condolences to Dr Naudi's family on behalf of party leader Alfred Sant, in his own name, and on behalf of the party.
